IMPORTANT REMINDER

If you are already a cardholder and have used a routing number and account number (which is not the same as a card number) to make a payment(s), you should contact the merchant(s) and provide your 16-digit card number and expiration date for them to use instead. As outlined in the Cardholder Agreement for the Synovus Connections Visa Prepaid Card, a routing number and account number cannot be used to pay bills and these payments will be rejected. If you choose to use your card to make payments through a merchant’s website or phone service, and/or to make online purchases, you should always use the 16-digit card number and expiration date.
